SHIPPING INFORMATION

Jewelry is handmade in Los Angeles.  We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, but some pieces can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive. If you need something by a certain date or would like to expedite shipping, please make sure to put that in the comments section, or send us an email at robin@robinspaperstein.com.  We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

All orders ship via USPS and require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are unable to accept international orders at this time. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will accept return requests of unworn, undamaged or defective product with the original packaging within 5 business days from the delivery date. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. A flat fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping. If an item is FINAL SALE it is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

GIFT INFORMATION

All orders are shipped in a Robin Saperstein signature jewelry pouch. Upon request we are more than happy to enclose a gift card with a personalized, hand written message. Please enter message in the gift card notes section during checkout process. 

IS MY TRANSACTION SAFE? 

All order information sent to robinsaperstein.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY? 

On sterling silver and gold filled pieces the metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. Most of the stones we use are natural gemstones, therefore they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty. Most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.
