Jewelry is handmade in Los Angeles. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, but some pieces can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive. If you need something by a certain date or would like to expedite shipping, please make sure to put that in the comments section, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
All orders ship via USPS and require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.
We are unable to accept international orders at this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will accept return requests of unworn, undamaged or defective product with the original packaging within 5 business days from the delivery date. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. A flat fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping. If an item is FINAL SALE it is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All orders are shipped in a Robin Saperstein signature jewelry pouch. Upon request we are more than happy to enclose a gift card with a personalized, hand written message. Please enter message in the gift card notes section during checkout process.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
On sterling silver and gold filled pieces the metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. Most of the stones we use are natural gemstones, therefore they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty. Most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.
